Harbor Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. is a Texas non-profit corporation.  Every year, eligible homeowners elect board members for 3-year, staggered term.  The Board then elects its President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer and operates the HOA.  Assessments are collected annually. 

 

The HOA has no employees and board members serve without pay.  The Board hires a management company and contracts with various companies to maintain HOA owned assets.
